Well, I updated my Bodybugg last night with all my food and what exercise I did. Saturday night with that big meal I had...the whole day, I ate about 2100 calories. Derek is going to kick my butt. But, I did manage to get in for a work out after that meal, and burned 800 calories for the day, so that is good.
My meals for the day seem to be between 1300 and 1400 calories on an average. Even though I am mostly eating fruits and veggies.
Stepped on the scale today and I lost a lb. But, I guess I am going to have to be more diligent about weighing, measuring. For sure not eating a 7 oz steak anymore..or dip and chips...grrr...so angry with myself. But, it was really an eye opener for me.
I felt a little triumphant this weekend. Went bra shopping with Laura and I am into a 38 chest size. I haven't seen the 30's in a looong time. And it fits great too..nothing oozing out the sides and not tight..it is on the most loosest notch, but in time I am sure I will get to the tightest notch.
Got to get more work out clothes this weekend. It is more motivating to see the new sizes. I got into a 16/18...it was a little big in the waist...I feel like I will be into the 14's in no time. :)
Also got new workout shoes. Very comfy. :) Nike..called the Initiator. :) Fit like a glove. Great support. Also bought some heal cusions.
Workout with Derek tonight. Looking forward to it actually. Like to know that I am doing something good for my body!
On another note, Bart is working evenings for the next 2 wks. Might be a little more difficult to sleep. And he won't get to work out with me. :( Hope it goes by fast.
