Pain is gain, right??

Today, I feel good that I accomplished something; 45 minutes of cardio, and my core work.  I am a lot of pain right now. 

I had one of my personal training sessions yesterday, and basically it kicked my butt.  I woke up very sore, but was sore throughout the night.  Guess I should have taken a pain reliever.  I can feel the weight of my body, if that makes sense.  It hurts.  Plus, my plantarfasciatis is acting up.  I think that I stressed my calf, which in turn makes my plantarfasciatis wack out.  My left foot hurts very bad. 

When I went into the gym today I actually sat in the hot tub for about 10 min to ease my sore legs.  Then I got to my workout.  It was ok, but it was hard to go a lot without stopping and resting...eventually my foot eased up a bit, but not all together. 

Good news is, the medical scale at the gym says I am 200 lbs.  :)  This is an accomplishment.

I'm not sure I can do this, but I am trying.  Day by day.
