6/20/11 - lunch

Lunch:

1/2 c. Brown Rice
1 c. Broccoli
5.5 fl oz. V8 juice
1 serving of light salt peanuts

Snack:

Raw Veggies - 6 carrots, 3 cherry tomatoes
1 c. protein drink

Dinner:

1.5 oz. sole
1/4 c. mashed potatoes made with chicken broth/salt
1 c of collard greens - made with chicken broth, garlic

Evening Snack:

1.5 c cantalope
1 individual bag of popcorn - 100 calorie
