Feeling Better

Feeling better today.  My leg doesn't feel like I need to pop it very much.  This morning I iced my foot so it would feel better.  When I was finished it felt hurt, but now it feels better.  I am going to have to ice it before bed so I can stay off of it after the icing.

Today I have another training session with Derek.  And I am supposed to exercise tomorrow morning.  I think it is too close together and I am not giving my body enough time to re-cooperate.  I will push my workout to the evening and go to work earlier to compensate.

Then I will exercise on Friday afternoon as well. 

My eating patterns are getting better.  I am weighing and measuring my food.  Still a pain, but I know a necessity.

I need to go get my water on.  Fill up my water bottle.  I drink water at work but I hate having to run to the bathroom all the time.  But, again, a necessity.  I will be happy when I've lost all the weight and just on a maintenance plan.
