Tuesday 6/21/11 - Menu

Breakfast:

Protein Bar
1 hardboiled egg
1 sm banana
1/2 c. oatmeal

Snack:

1 serving peanuts
1 c grapes

Lunch:

1/2 c. Campbells Beefy mushroom soup
1/2 c. Brown Rice

Snack:

3 cherry tomatoes
6 baby carrots
1 sm. Grapefruit

Dinner:

1 1/2 c 13 bean/brown rice/ kielbasa sausage soup
2 c. salad (lettuce, tomato, red onion, pepperoncini, olives, spray dressing)

Snack:

Fudgesicle
