Food for 6/22

Breakfast:

Hardboiled egg
1 serving peanuts

Snack:

1/2 c oatmeal with cinnamon/sugar

Lunch:

1 c. 13 bean/brown rice/kielbasa sausage soup
1/2 c. cottage cheese

Snack:

6 baby carrots
1 sm grapefruit
Protein drink

Dinner:

3 oz Sole fish
1/2 c mashed potatoes
1 c. broccoli
