So, I haven't posted for a few days, but in that time, I had a training session with Derek. He measured me again. It has been a month.
So, I lost 6 lbs and 1.4% body fat. I lost 4 inches on my waist, 2 inches chest, 3 inches on my arms. He measured more, but those were the highlights..and the ones I can remember. lol I am doing good and feeling stronger. Yay!! I was able to do more of a push up this time. Did thirty..Ok, they were the ones on my knees..but still...hehe. Derek was actually amazed that I am stronger this soon. My form was actually really good and I could go down further to the floor. I am so happy that I have a trainer. He pushes me in just the right way.
I feel accomplished! Yay!!
Now, I can't wait to see what happens next month!!
On another note, I started working on the eliptical trainer. It was DEFINATELY harder than the treadmill because I am just using my own strength to power it, whereas the treadmill has a motor and keeps it going, I just have to try and keep up. I guess the eliptical is better due to that, so you can use your own muscles. BUT, it's hard! lol 45 min is not easy. However, it may be harder to keep the strength for 45 min., but it is easier on my feet. I felt much better after doing it, rather than the treadmill. I felt like I wanted to chop my feet off doing the treadmill. It hurt soo bad. On the eliptical, I felt nothing like that. Just harder on my muscles is all. lol
Ok, I will stop being a weiny and just do it. :) Day by Day Baby!
I am going to post pictures of me when I started and then when I weigh in and measure each month. That will also be a motivating factor!! :)
